Automate the task you understand first.

The best first workflow is often small, repeatable and easy to check.

ELADAMIS · Studio notes
### Map the manual steps before automating.
If a process is confusing in person, software will only accelerate the confusion. Write out each step of the customer enquiry from intake to proposal before introducing automated triggers.

### Connect the tools you already rely on.
Practical automation rarely requires replacing everything. Often it simply means linking your web forms to your email server, CRM database, and mobile messaging desk so data flows without manual retyping.

### Keep a human checkpoint.
Automation should handle repetitive administrative logistics (saving data, sending confirmation receipts, formatting notifications), leaving the strategic conversation and pricing decisions to human expertise.
